About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

A skin's exterior reflects its float value. Naga ranges from 0.00 to 1.00 and comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity is an assigned grade associated with how often a skin appears from its case. Naga is Restricted, with a 4.0% chance of appearing from the Chroma Case.

How much does Desert Eagle | Naga cost?

Desert Eagle | Naga ranges from $1.38 to $320.00. The range covers the whole skin; individual prices depend on the listing's exterior, float and version.

Which case contains Desert Eagle | Naga?

Desert Eagle | Naga is contained in the Chroma Case. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

Does Desert Eagle | Naga have StatTrak and Souvenir versions?

Yes, Desert Eagle | Naga has both StatTrak and Souvenir versions. Version and exterior are separate details to check when comparing listings.

Is Desert Eagle | Naga a good investment?

The editorial investment rating is medium. Retired case drops limit new container supply, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still produce copies, while future demand remains uncertain.

Short Description

Desert Eagle | Naga is a CS2 pistol skin featuring a serpent-like engraving across a muted silver-gray slide. Textured brown grips contrast with the metallic body, while the lower frame stays relatively plain. Its ornamental look suits players who prefer detailed metalwork over bright colors. All exteriors are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

Desert Eagle | Naga gives the CS2 pistol an engraved Patina finish centered on a mythological creature. Its theme draws on Indian mythology, bringing an ornamental character to the weapon rather than a brightly painted appearance. Silver-gray surfaces provide the backdrop for the creature's head, curling body and scaled details. Brown grip panels add a contrasting material and color without distracting from the slide artwork. The design suits players building a restrained loadout who still want a clearly defined decorative feature. The underlying pistol takes practice to master and offers notable accuracy at longer ranges. Concentrating the artwork above the relatively plain frame gives the finish a clear visual focus. Buyers can compare float value, exterior and available versions when choosing a copy for a loadout or collection.

History and Origin

Desert Eagle | Naga was released in CS:GO on January 8, 2015, alongside the Chroma Case. Its arrival was part of the "Chroma Case Skins" update. Gaunt, a Steam Workshop community designer, created the skin. It belongs to The Chroma Collection, which also defines its collection-based trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Chroma Case drops. Existing cases remain available to buy on the market and open, preserving the original acquisition route without replenishing case supply through drops. Today, buyers can also obtain the skin through marketplace purchases, player trades or eligible trade-up contracts rather than opening a case.

Finish Style

Naga uses the Patina finish style, with engraved decoration carrying the design instead of a vivid painted color scheme. The slide, barrel and frame share a muted silver-gray appearance that keeps the metallic surfaces visually consistent. Darker shading in recessed areas helps separate the engraving from the surrounding metal. A prominent creature's head sits near the muzzle, anchoring the ornament toward the front of the pistol. Curling, scaled forms stretch behind it along the slide, creating a flowing arrangement rather than a repeating geometric pattern. Small lettering appears beneath the engraving, while vertical grooves mark the rear of the slide. The textured brown grip panels feature a small circular emblem on the visible side. Relatively plain surfaces around the lower frame and trigger guard leave the detailed slide as the main focal point.

Float Value

Desert Eagle | Naga has an exact float range of 0.00 to 1.00. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of those exterior categories is missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, with version availability separate from the exterior and float of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

Desert Eagle | Naga has the Restricted rarity grade within The Chroma Collection. Its chance of appearing from the Chroma Case is 4.0%, although an individual opening remains a random result. Documented professional owners include Hyper, bodyy and pashaBiceps, providing evidence of ownership without establishing broader demand or resale speed.

Why it’s Popular:

• Serpent engraving gives the slide a distinctive focal point

• Muted metal colors suit restrained loadouts

• Brown textured grips contrast with the silver-gray body

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer additional collecting options

Price Range

The live Desert Eagle | Naga price range is $1.38 to $320.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Factory New listings occupy the premium end of the available options, making exterior an important comparison point. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir listings should be checked separately, with the exact float considered within each exterior. A useful CS2 skin price comparison matches those details before a buyer decides where to buy, sell or trade.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Chroma Case

Opening an existing Chroma Case offers a chance to obtain Naga, with a listed probability of 4.0%. The case no longer drops, but existing containers can still be bought on the market and opened. This route produces a random result rather than a direct purchase of the skin.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract can exchange 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Chroma Collection for 1 Restricted skin from that collection. Naga is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Restricted skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Desert Eagle | Naga can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market instead of pursued through a case opening. Buyers should identify the listed exterior and version, then check the individual float when comparing copies.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another route to obtain the skin by exchanging items with another owner. The agreed copy's exterior, float and standard, StatTrak or Souvenir status should be checked before accepting the exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired Chroma Case drops limit new container supply, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still create additional Naga copies. Professional ownership gives the finish documented visibility, although it does not establish buyer demand or how quickly listings will sell. Practical comparisons should separate exteriors and versions instead of treating every copy as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired Chroma Case drops constrain new container supply

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive engraving with a restrained metallic palette

• StatTrak and Souvenir options broaden collecting choices

The investment rating is medium, balancing retired case drops and documented professional ownership against continued skin creation through existing cases and trade-ups. The main risk is uncertain future demand, so limited new case supply alone does not establish price growth or reliable resale.
