Short Description

Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries is a CS2 pistol skin with a restrained, futuristic Gunsmith finish. Off-white panels contrast with black sections, while thin red-orange accents highlight its mechanical detailing. The look suits players building a pale, industrial-themed loadout without dense decoration. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries gives the CS2 pistol a mechanical appearance built around contrasting pale and dark surfaces. The weapon itself combines power and long-range accuracy with demanding handling. Its Gunsmith finish emphasizes angular panels rather than a continuous illustration across the body. Small red-orange markings add color without overwhelming the white-and-black design. The predominantly black grip gives the lower portion a darker visual anchor. This finish suits players who prefer technical detailing and a restrained palette over elaborate artwork. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options let buyers distinguish between versions as well as cosmetic condition. When choosing a copy, the exterior, exact float and version provide more useful information than the finish name alone.

History and Origin

The skin was released on December 6, 2018. It arrived in the Danger Zone Case through the Danger Zone Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer coyote37 created the finish. Its collection membership is The Danger Zone Collection, which also determines its collection-based trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, the Danger Zone Case no longer drops, leaving openings dependent on existing stock. Those cases can still be bought on the market and opened despite their retired drop status. Current acquisition routes also include direct market purchases, player trades and eligible Trade Up Contracts.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish combines off-white, light gray and black surfaces for a sterile, futuristic character. Most of the slide and the front of the frame use the pale tones. Black sections run along the top and underside, breaking up that light bodywork. The grip is predominantly black, with white bordering its front strap and base. Thin red-orange accents follow the slide and grip base, providing a restrained contrast to the neutral palette. Small matching markings appear near the front of the slide. Angular panel shapes, recessed lines and rows of grooves give the surfaces their mechanical texture. Details concentrate around the slide and grip, keeping the overall design clean rather than densely decorated.

Float Value

The float value of Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries ranges from 0.00 to 0.60. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions are available, while exterior and float describe cosmetic condition separately from the selected version.

Rarity and Popularity

Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries has the Classified rarity grade. Its chance of appearing from the Danger Zone Case is 1.07%, or about 1 in 94 drops. Edward, f0rest and tarik have owned the skin, though that ownership does not establish broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Off-white panels and black sections create a restrained futuristic look

• Red-orange accents add color without dominating the design

• Angular panels and grooves reinforce the mechanical theme

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer different collecting options

Price Range

The live Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries price range is $4.32 to $78.31. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a particular exterior or version. Exterior, exact float and version should be checked together when comparing its CS2 skin price. A named exterior does not identify an exact float, so individual listing details help distinguish copies within the same condition category. Buyers can compare matching versions on Eneba Skins before selecting a listing for their loadout, collection or next trade.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Danger Zone Case

Open the Danger Zone Case for a chance to receive this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. The chance of receiving Mecha Industries is 1.07%, so an opening is not a guaranteed acquisition.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Restricted skins from The Danger Zone Collection produces a Classified skin from that collection. Mecha Industries is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Classified skins. This route cannot guarantee the desired finish.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries directly through the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a random result. Check the listed exterior and whether the item is a standard, StatTrak or Souvenir version. Confirm the exact item details before completing the purchase.

5. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be obtained through a trade with another player. Compare the offered copy's exterior, float and version against the items being exchanged. Check those details before accepting, particularly when the desired version matters to the trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops prevent new Danger Zone Cases from replenishing supply, although existing openings and trade-ups can still create skins. Professional ownership supports the skin's visibility, but does not establish resale speed or sustained buying demand. When buying, selling or trading, compare matching exteriors and versions rather than assuming a price trend or equal market interest.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Case supply is no longer replenished by drops

• Owned by Edward, f0rest and tarik

• Classified rarity limits its case-opening chance

• Distinctive pale panels and restrained red-orange detailing

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer collecting choices

Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries receives a medium-to-good editorial investment rating. Retired case supply and professional ownership support its collecting appeal, but neither proves future price growth. Existing cases and trade-ups can still add copies, while uncertain demand remains the main risk to future resale value.
