Registration - optional

Registration for buyers is optional, but if you do:

  • you will have all your purchasing history in one place;
  • you will be able to save your daily searches, add items to your wishlist and subscribe to price change notifications;
  • you will be able to log in easily via social apps;
  • you will be able to contact sellers before purchasing.

If you decide to register before buying, simply click on "Register" and fill in the information required. After you verify your email, the registration is done.

Exploring

You can browse ENEBA by categories, price, popularity, platform, etc.

If you know exactly what you're looking for - search is the fastest way to find it.

Once you find the item you like, you will be taken to its product page. If you want to purchase it, make sure the platform and activation region is right for you.

If you decide to buy the item, don’t forget to take a look at all the offers from other sellers. Listings of the same product may not only differ by price but also delivery methods and item's condition. You can also have a look at the listing's description, images, seller's review rating and other stats.

Once you are ready to buy, click on “Add to cart” and you will be instantly taken to checkout.

Checkout

During checkout, review your order in the cart page, fill in the delivery details, choose a payment method and fill in required information.

Once the payment is successful, you will instantly receive your parcel's tracking number with which you will be able to check parcel's delivery status on selected shipping provider's page.

Seller is now notified about their sale and has to dispatch the item in no longer than 120 hours (5 days). If they fail to do so, the sale is then canceled and your money will be refunded to your payment method.

Receiving item and finishing order

When the parcel reaches its destination, you will get an email and an SMS message from the shipping provider with instructions on how to redeem it.

Once you receive the parcel, make sure it wasn't visibly damaged during shipping. If it is, take photos showing clear visual damage made to the package before unpacking.

Do the same after unpacking. If your item is damaged or not as described in the listing, you will be able to raise a dispute within 48 hours (2 days) and will be provided with multiple options to solve the problem. If no action is taken after the 2 days, the purchase will be auto-confirmed and money will be released to the seller.

If you are satisfied with the item you received, follow the links sent to your email to confirm the order being received and leave a review for the seller. After confirming received goods, the money will be released to the seller. By leaving a review - good, bad or neutral - you will contribute to the ENEBA community and help your fellow gamers choose only the best sellers!
