About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Quality describes exterior condition and is linked to float value. MP5-SD | Agent spans 0.00 to 1.00 and is available from Factory New through Battle-Scarred; inspect the individual copy before buying.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity is a skin's assigned grade and helps describe its case-opening availability. MP5-SD | Agent is Restricted, with a stated 3.2% chance from the CS20 Case.

How much does MP5-SD | Agent cost?

MP5-SD | Agent ranges from $0.39 to $18.02. The bounds cover the whole skin, so compare each listing's exterior, float and version.

Which case contains MP5-SD | Agent?

MP5-SD | Agent comes from the CS20 Case. That case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened.

Does MP5-SD | Agent have StatTrak or Souvenir versions?

MP5-SD | Agent has both StatTrak and Souvenir versions. Check the version named in the listing separately from its exterior and float.

Is MP5-SD | Agent a good investment?

MP5-SD | Agent has a medium editorial investment rating. Retired case supply and professional ownership support interest, but ongoing skin creation and uncertain demand limit the investment case.

Short Description

MP5-SD | Agent is a CS2 SMG skin with a dark blue receiver, yellow FBI lettering and matching accents. Its restrained design gives the suppressed weapon a law-enforcement theme without covering every surface in bright color. The look suits dark loadouts with selective yellow highlights. Factory New through Battle-Scarred exteriors are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

MP5-SD | Agent brings a blue-and-yellow Gunsmith finish to the MP5-SD, an SMG with an integrated suppressor in CS2. Large FBI lettering gives the receiver a clear visual identity rather than an abstract pattern. Yellow details continue onto the suppressor, connecting the weapon's body and front section. Dark furniture keeps the bright markings concentrated instead of spreading them across the entire gun. The result suits players who prefer recognizable lettering and controlled contrast over a densely decorated finish. Its full exterior range gives buyers several condition options to consider within the same design. StatTrak and Souvenir availability also make version selection part of the buying decision. Before buying, selling or trading, compare the listing's float value, exterior, version and item preview.

History and Origin

MP5-SD | Agent was released on October 18, 2019, alongside the CS20 Case. Its introduction came through the "CS20 Case Skins" update. The finish was created by axerov, a Steam Workshop community designer. It belongs to The CS20 Collection, which also provides its collection-based trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and the CS20 Case no longer drops. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, so that retirement did not remove the case-opening route. Today, buyers can also obtain an existing copy through marketplace listings or player trades, while eligible trade-up contracts offer another possible route.

Finish Style

The Agent finish uses Gunsmith styling with a dark blue body and sharp yellow accents. Large yellow FBI lettering occupies the receiver's side, with smaller yellow markings toward the rear. Fine pale linework adds detail to the blue upper section without overwhelming its base color. Yellow borders outline parts of that upper area and reinforce the contrast. The dark suppressor carries a long yellow stripe that breaks into short angled segments near the muzzle. The ribbed fore-end, pistol grip, magazine and rear stock remain dark gray or black. Small yellow touches on the magazine and grip edge connect those darker components to the main palette. Overall, the lettering and selective highlights provide the focus, while the surrounding surfaces keep the design restrained.

Float Value

MP5-SD | Agent has a float value range of 0.00 to 1.00. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, with no exterior missing from that range. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

MP5-SD | Agent is a Restricted skin in The CS20 Collection. Its stated chance from a CS20 Case opening is 3.2%, making the case route a chance-based acquisition rather than a selectable result. Known professional owners include coldzera, adreN and mixwell, though ownership alone does not establish current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Dark blue and yellow create a focused color scheme

• FBI lettering gives the receiver a recognizable identity

• Suppressor accents carry the theme across the weapon

• Exterior and version choices suit different collection preferences

Price Range

The live MP5-SD | Agent price range is $0.39 to $18.02. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. Its accessible price level makes condition and version useful starting points when comparing listings. Check the exact float and item preview within an exterior rather than relying on the condition label alone. Compare regular, StatTrak and Souvenir listings separately, using each listing's current asking price before deciding which copy to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the CS20 Case

Opening the CS20 Case offers a 3.2% chance of obtaining MP5-SD | Agent. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can exchange 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The CS20 Collection for 1 Restricted skin from that collection. Agent is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Restricted skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

MP5-SD | Agent can be bought through the Steam Community Market by choosing an available listing. Check the listed exterior and version carefully, especially when distinguishing regular, StatTrak and Souvenir copies.

5. Trade with Other Players

An existing Agent copy can also be obtained by trading with another player. Confirm the item name, version, exterior and float before accepting, rather than judging the offer only by its preview.

Trading and Investment Considerations

CS20 Case retirement limits fresh case supply, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still produce additional Agent copies. Professional ownership provides visibility, while evidence of sustained demand or price growth remains uncertain. For practical trades, compare like-for-like versions and exteriors, then inspect the exact float instead of assuming every listing has equal value.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired CS20 Case limits fresh case supply

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive blue-and-yellow FBI design

• StatTrak and Souvenir options broaden collector choice

The investment rating is medium, balancing retired case supply and documented professional ownership against uncertain demand. The accessible price level supports consideration as a playable holding, but does not establish a growth trend. The main risk is continued skin creation through existing cases and trade-ups without proven demand to absorb it.
