Why didn’t I receive my welcome bonus?

The Snakzy welcome bonus gives new users 5,000 coins (equivalent to up to $5) directly in their wallet. However:

• The bonus can’t be withdrawn immediately, it’s meant to help you get started.
• It’s only available for accounts created on or after August 2025 and are limited to one device per user.
• You must accept at least one offer (game) and manually stop the active session on the offer page.
• Please note that you won't see bonus as 5$ in the app, you will see coins which is equivalent to $5.

If your account was created before August 2025, you won’t see the bonus in your wallet.
