About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Exterior quality describes the skin's cosmetic condition, which is associated with its float value. For USP-S | Neo-Noir, the 0.00 to 0.70 range supports Factory New through Battle-Scarred; inspecting a listing helps confirm its condition.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity is the skin's grade, not its cosmetic condition. USP-S | Neo-Noir is Covert, with a stated 0.32% chance from the Spectrum Case.

How much does USP-S | Neo-Noir cost?

USP-S | Neo-Noir ranges from $85.78 to $289.31. The range covers the whole skin, so compare the exterior, float, and version of individual listings.

Which exteriors does USP-S | Neo-Noir come in?

USP-S | Neo-Noir comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Its float range is 0.00 to 0.70.

Which case contains USP-S | Neo-Noir?

USP-S | Neo-Noir is in the Spectrum Case. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened.

Does USP-S | Neo-Noir have StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions?

Yes, USP-S | Neo-Noir is available in StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions. Check the version separately from exterior and float when comparing listings.

Short Description

USP-S | Neo-Noir is a CS2 pistol skin that pairs illustrated neon artwork with a grayscale background. A stylized woman dominates the slide, while cyan, purple, and magenta details continue across the grip and suppressor. The look suits players who prefer colorful character art over a plain weapon finish. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir options.

Description

USP-S | Neo-Noir gives the Counter-Terrorist pistol a detailed Custom Paint Job built around a blue-magenta character illustration. The USP-S has a detachable suppressor that reduces recoil and firing noise. On this finish, the woman's face sits near the rear of the slide, framed by sweeping hair and sharp graphic lines. The artwork extends onto the grip and suppressor, giving the separate weapon parts a coordinated appearance. Its grayscale foundation keeps the colorful subject central without covering every surface in bright color. The palette suits cyan, purple, or magenta loadouts, particularly those built around illustrated weapon art. Standard copies, StatTrak™ versions, and Souvenir versions give buyers different ownership options. Exterior and float value help distinguish individual listings when choosing a play skin or a copy to trade.

History and Origin

USP-S | Neo-Noir was released on March 15, 2017. It arrived with the Spectrum Case in the Spectrum Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer donschi created the finish. The skin belongs to The Spectrum Collection, connecting its original case release with its collection identity. Its flavor text depicts the illustrated woman beneath a towering building, surrounded by neon light. The Spectrum Case no longer drops after Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, preserving that acquisition route without new case drops. Today, the skin can also be acquired through marketplace purchases, player trades, or eligible Trade Up Contracts.

Finish Style

The Custom Paint Job turns the pistol's surfaces into a connected graphic composition. Black, white, and gray form the slide's background, with bright cyan and magenta artwork layered across it. The stylized woman's face appears near the rear of the slide rather than at its center. Sweeping hair and angular graphic lines spread around the portrait, giving the illustration a sense of movement. The grip continues the palette through curved cyan and purple lines, magenta accents, and a dark central motif. The suppressor is mostly dark, providing another backdrop for the contrasting details. Broad white highlights run along its top, while cyan edging sits below and scattered magenta marks break up the darker surface. Gray and black areas around the trigger guard and front of the grip contrast with the densely illustrated sections.

Float Value

The USP-S | Neo-Noir float range is 0.00 to 0.70. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are also available, while exterior and float describe cosmetic condition rather than identifying the version.

Rarity and Popularity

USP-S | Neo-Noir has the Covert rarity grade. Its stated chance from the Spectrum Case is 0.32%, making a case opening an uncertain acquisition route. Professional players FalleN, dupreeh, and byali have owned the skin, providing documented ownership beyond its case and collection availability.

Why it’s Popular:

• Cyan and magenta artwork against a grayscale background

• Coordinated illustration across the slide, grip, and suppressor

• Full exterior selection for different condition preferences

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir options for variant collectors

Price Range

The live USP-S | Neo-Noir price range is $85.78 to $289.31. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a particular exterior or version. Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred listings should be compared separately. Float value and standard, StatTrak™, or Souvenir status are useful details when assessing a CS2 skin price. Check the matching variant and its appearance before deciding where to buy, sell, or trade.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Spectrum Case

Open a Spectrum Case for a chance to receive this Covert pistol skin. The stated chance is 0.32%, and only existing cases remain available because new ones no longer drop.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract uses 10 Classified skins from The Spectrum Collection to produce 1 Covert skin from that collection. The result is random among its Covert skins, so receiving Neo-Noir is not guaranteed.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market offers a direct purchase route for USP-S | Neo-Noir. Compare each listing's exterior and version rather than treating every copy as identical.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades are another way to acquire the finish or exchange an owned copy. Confirm the item name, exterior, float value, and version before agreeing to a trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

With no new Spectrum Case drops, case openings depend on the remaining supply. Trade Up Contracts offer a separate production route, so the retired case does not make the skin's total supply fixed. For buy, sell, and trade decisions, compare exterior, float, and version; resale speed and future demand remain uncertain.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Spectrum Case drops

• Covert rarity with low case-opening odds

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive cyan and magenta character artwork

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir variant options

The editorial investment rating is medium-to-good, supported by retired case supply, Covert case odds, and documented professional ownership. The main risk is uncertain future demand: ownership and rarity alone do not establish resale speed or price growth.
