Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT

The ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT is a Covert CS2 knife skin with a hydrographic camouflage finish. Olive, tan, beige, and dark brown blocks cover the blade, paired with a mostly plain olive handle. The earthy palette suits camouflage-focused loadouts and players who prefer muted colors. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard and StatTrak™ options.

Description

The ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT combines a tactical knife shape with a forest-colored digital finish in CS2. Its multipurpose blade has a serrated section and a gutting hook, giving the camouflage a distinctive silhouette. A long opening through the blade adds another visible detail beyond the pixel pattern. The muted olive handle keeps the color scheme consistent without carrying the blade's busy arrangement of blocks. Valve created the skin, and its hydrographic finish offers a camouflage option rather than a bright decorative design. Players building green or earth-tone inventories may find its restrained palette a suitable match. Standard copies and StatTrak versions give buyers a choice beyond cosmetic condition. Before buying, compare the actual blade appearance, exterior label, float value, and version shown in each listing.

History and Origin

The ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT was released in CS:GO on November 18, 2019. Its debut came with the Operation Shattered Web update. The Shattered Web Case was its original case source, connecting the skin's release to that operation. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The Fracture Case also contains this knife finish, providing another case-opening route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, changing the availability of both source cases. As of October 9, 2026, neither case drops, although existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Today, buyers can also obtain an existing knife through the Steam Community Market or player-to-player trades instead of opening a case.

Finish Style

Forest DDPAT uses a Hydrographic finish to place digital camouflage across most of the blade. Olive green, tan, beige, and dark brown form irregular groups of pixel-like blocks. Their broken arrangement gives the blade a busy surface rather than a single uninterrupted color. Bright silver remains visible along the cutting edge and the serrated section near the handle. A long dark slot runs through the blade, interrupting the camouflage with an open structural detail. The hooked notch breaks the upper outline and emphasizes the knife's tactical shape. Its olive composite handle has recessed panels, ridged edges, and two brown circular fasteners. The contrast between the patterned blade and mostly plain handle keeps the design focused on earthy colors without covering every part in camouflage.

Float Value

The ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT has a float range of 0.06 to 0.80. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior tier is missing. Standard and StatTrak versions are supported, with version availability separate from exterior condition.

Rarity and Popularity

The ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT has the Covert rarity grade. Its drop chance from the Shattered Web Case is 0.0049%, and that figure should not be applied to the Fracture Case. Although neither source case drops anymore, the skin remains obtainable through existing case openings, marketplace purchases, and player trades.

Why it’s Popular:

• Earth-tone camouflage suits muted green and brown loadouts

• Pixel-patterned blade contrasts with a mostly plain olive handle

• Serrations, a blade slot, and a hook create a distinctive silhouette

• Full exterior selection with standard and StatTrak options

Price Range

The live ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT price range is $40.61 to $7,000.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than assigning a fixed price to a particular exterior or version. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, separate standard listings from StatTrak listings before comparing individual offers. Check the exact float value alongside the exterior label, then inspect the pictured finish to judge whether that copy suits the intended loadout. Buyers should compare matching versions and conditions instead of treating every Forest DDPAT listing as an interchangeable purchase.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Shattered Web Case or Fracture Case for a chance to obtain this knife finish. Neither case drops anymore, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. The Shattered Web Case chance is 0.0049%, so an opening does not guarantee this particular skin.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing ★ Survival Knife | Forest DDPAT through the Steam Community Market rather than relying on a case result. Compare the listed exterior, float value, and standard or StatTrak version before selecting a copy. This route allows the buyer to choose an offered knife instead of accepting a random case outcome.

4. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player who owns this knife and is willing to exchange it. Check that the offered item has the intended exterior, float value, and standard or StatTrak version before accepting. A player trade depends on finding a suitable counterpart and agreeing on the items exchanged.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Both source cases no longer drop, so opening existing cases reduces the remaining unopened supply without new case drops replacing it. That supports a scarcity argument, but rising demand, sustained price growth, and fast resale should not be assumed. For a practical buy, sell, or trade comparison, match exterior, float value, and standard or StatTrak version before judging an offer.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired source cases leave a finite unopened case supply

• Valve-created digital camouflage gives the finish a clear visual identity

• Standard and StatTrak versions offer distinct buying choices

• Complete exterior selection accommodates different condition preferences

The editorial investment rating is medium. Retired case sources and multiple available versions provide reasons to consider holding it, but they do not establish reliable price appreciation. The main risk is uncertain buyer demand, which can outweigh the appeal of a shrinking case supply.
