P90 | Nostalgia

The P90 | Nostalgia is a CS2 SMG skin featuring a painted CT figure from the original Counter-Strike menu. Pale gray and cream panels contrast with dark blue-gray areas, orange-red lettering, and layered markings. Its character-focused artwork suits players who enjoy references to the original game. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir options.

Description

The P90 | Nostalgia brings original Counter-Strike menu artwork to a CS2 weapon with a distinctive bullpup shape. The P90's high-capacity magazine and low recoil support shooting while moving. Its Custom Paint Job places a helmeted CT figure within a layered composition rather than using a simple, uniform color scheme. Large lettering and scattered colored marks give the weapon's side a busy appearance. Dark rear panels balance the pale front, keeping the character artwork separate from the lighter body details. The theme suits players who prefer illustrated finishes and references to the original game. Standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir versions provide different collecting options without changing the finish's central theme. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value, and version when choosing a copy for a loadout or trade.

History and Origin

P90 | Nostalgia was released on October 18, 2019, alongside the CS20 Case. It arrived through the CS20 Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer apel8 created the finish. The skin belongs to The CS20 Collection, linking its collection identity to its original case release. Its central illustration draws directly from the CT character shown on the original Counter-Strike main menu. The flavor text contrasts a quick installation with the much longer process of mastering the game. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new CS20 Case drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so retirement did not remove the case-opening route.

Finish Style

Nostalgia uses the Custom Paint Job finish style to cover the P90 with illustrated details. Pale gray and cream dominate the front, giving the lighter markings a soft background. Dark blue-gray and black appear toward the rear stock and lower grips. Large orange-red lettering stretches across the upper side, creating a strong accent against the muted body colors. Smaller yellow and green marks surround the lettering and add variation to the composition. The rear-side CT figure has a dark helmet, orange-tinted goggles, and a blue-gray uniform. Overlapping pale outlines, scattered color patches, and rough, scratch-like textures cover the front and lower body. The barrel and upper fittings remain mostly muted gray, contrasting with the busy painted surfaces. Together, the figure, lettering, and layered marks give the finish an illustrated character rather than a clean geometric layout.

Float Value

The P90 | Nostalgia float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.57. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also exist, with version choice separate from the item's exterior and cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

P90 | Nostalgia has Classified rarity. Its chance of appearing from a CS20 Case is 1.07%, so opening the case does not provide a reliable way to select this particular skin. Documented professional owners include coldzera, s1mple, and tarik, although ownership alone does not establish current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• CT character artwork references the original Counter-Strike menu

• Orange-red lettering contrasts with pale panels and dark rear sections

• Layered illustrations suit character-focused loadouts

• Standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir versions offer collecting choices

Price Range

The live P90 | Nostalgia price range is $3.36 to $42.08. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a particular exterior or version. Compare individual listings by exterior and exact float value rather than treating the overall range as a quote for one copy. Standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir listings should be checked separately, without assuming fixed price relationships between them. Before deciding to buy, sell, or trade, match the listing's details to the specific variant being considered.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the CS20 Case

Open a CS20 Case with a 1.07% chance of obtaining Nostalgia. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Restricted skins from The CS20 Collection produces 1 Classified skin from that collection. Nostalgia is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Classified skins rather than a selectable reward.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy P90 | Nostalgia on the Steam Community Market to choose a listed copy instead of relying on a random case result. Check the exterior and version, then compare available item details before selecting a listing.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trading offers another route to obtaining this skin through an exchange of items. Confirm the offered copy's exterior, float value, and version before accepting, especially when comparing standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir options.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The retired CS20 Case receives no new drops, although opening existing cases can still add Nostalgia copies to circulation. Professional ownership provides visibility, but current demand, price trends, and resale speed are not established. Practical comparisons should focus on the exact exterior, float, and version rather than assuming every copy has the same trading prospects.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Case retirement limits the supply of unopened acquisition cases

• Documented ownership by coldzera, s1mple, and tarik

• Original Counter-Strike artwork gives the finish a distinct identity

• Standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir options broaden variant choice

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by retired case supply, distinctive artwork, and documented professional ownership. Existing case openings can still create additional skins, so case retirement does not make the skin supply fixed. The main risk is uncertain buyer demand, which leaves future resale prices and returns unproven.
