Double-check to see if you haven’t mistyped your key. I, L, and 1 can look alike, as can V and Y, and 0 and O.

Make sure a comma or semicolon doesn’t separate the code in the middle. The product you bought may have more than 1 code. If that is the case, redeem all the codes individually.
