Would it be possible to get a lower payout time?

The fund freeze period is automatically determined by our system and applies uniformly to all merchants—it cannot be manually altered or negotiated.

We do offer an Expedite Unlock feature, which allows you to access your funds earlier for an additional fee, should you require faster cash flow.

Please note that freeze period adjustments occur twice a year, based on the calendar cycle, not individual merchant onboarding dates. For instance, the next platform-wide adjustment will take place in January.

As a B2C marketplace, it is essential that we apply consistent rules to all merchants. Our systems are highly automated, which means custom configurations are not supported.
