Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT

★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT is a CS2 glove skin combining digital camouflage fabric with stitched leather and protective panels. Olive green, khaki, brown, and dark gray give the finish an earthy, equipment-focused appearance. Its segmented padding and dense pattern suit players building a military-inspired loadout. All exterior tiers are available, from Factory New through Battle-Scarred, without StatTrak™ or Souvenir versions.

Description

★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT gives the Specialist Gloves a layered camouflage finish built around fabric, leather, and visible protective detailing. Small, blocky shapes cover the back-facing fabric panels, making the pattern distinct from the broader sections on the palms. Raised olive panels over the knuckles and fingers add structure to an otherwise busy surface. The palm-facing areas use dark brown and gray sections, with lighter stitching outlining their construction. This combination suits players who prefer muted equipment colors rather than bright accents or a mostly plain glove design. Buyers can choose across the full exterior range while keeping the same Forest DDPAT finish identity. There are no alternate counter-bearing or Souvenir editions to separate from the regular gloves when comparing listings. For a practical purchase comparison, examine the exact float, exterior label, and item images rather than relying on the finish name alone.

History and Origin

Valve introduced ★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT in CS:GO on November 28, 2016. The gloves arrived alongside the Glove Case in the Glove Case Skins update. Valve created the finish, rather than a community designer. The Operation Hydra Case is another acquisition source, separate from the original Glove Case release. Its flavor text refers to getting hands dirty, complementing the rugged leather-and-fabric presentation. Both source cases stopped dropping when Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and remained retired as of October 9, 2026. That retirement limits replenishment of unopened cases, but existing cases can still be purchased and opened. Today, buyers can obtain the gloves through those remaining cases, purchase an existing pair on a marketplace, or arrange a player-to-player trade.

Finish Style

Forest DDPAT pairs stitched leather with rugged printed fabric, giving the gloves a textured, equipment-like appearance. Olive green, khaki, brown, and dark gray extend across the backs, cuffs, fingers, and palms. The back-facing fabric carries a dense digital camouflage pattern assembled from small, angular blocks rather than flowing shapes. Olive protective sections cover the knuckles and finger backs, separating the patterned fabric into distinct areas. Raised ridges and stitching around those sections make the construction details visible alongside the camouflage. The broad palm panels contrast with the small camouflage blocks on the backs, giving the two sides distinct visual textures. Reinforced fingertips and raised lettering across the green knuckle panel add further detail to the design. Together, the camouflage, seams, and segmented padding create a busy finish whose visual character comes from layered materials rather than a single decorative motif.

Float Value

The float value of ★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT ranges from 0.06 to 0.80. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, covering the full exterior selection. Neither StatTrak™ nor Souvenir versions exist, so version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition described by float and exterior.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT has Extraordinary rarity, a classification separate from its float value and exterior condition. The chance of obtaining this finish from the Glove Case is 0.011%. Both source cases remain openable despite their retired drop status, so the gloves can still enter circulation through existing cases or change hands through purchases and trades.

Why it’s Popular:

• Earthy colors suit military-inspired loadouts

• Dense digital camouflage gives the fabric a distinctive texture

• Raised padding and stitching emphasize the rugged construction

• All exterior tiers provide different condition choices

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT is $90.96 to $1,029.90. These bounds cover the whole item and should not be treated as fixed prices for particular exteriors. Compare Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred listings according to the condition being sought. Exact float values provide additional condition detail within an exterior, while item images help buyers examine the offered pair. When buying or selling, compare each listing's price, float, and appearance together, with no StatTrak or Souvenir variants to account for.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Glove Case or an Operation Hydra Case for a chance to obtain this finish. Neither case receives new drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened. The Glove Case chance is 0.011%, so opening it does not provide a predictable route to this specific pair.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

★ Specialist Gloves | Forest DDPAT can be purchased directly on the Steam Community Market. Compare the exterior and available item details before buying, since selecting an existing pair avoids relying on a random case result.

4. Trade with Other Players

The gloves can also be acquired through a trade with another player. Compare the exact float, exterior, and condition of the offered pair against the items being exchanged, then confirm the finish and item details before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired source cases restrict replenishment of unopened supply, but opening existing cases can still add more Forest DDPAT gloves to the market. Without an established demand trend or sales-volume history, a confident short-term flip assessment would be premature. For buying, selling, or trading, compare available exteriors and exact floats instead of treating every pair as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired source cases limit fresh case supply

• Extraordinary rarity and low Glove Case acquisition odds

• Distinctive digital camouflage with detailed protective panels

• Full exterior selection supports condition-focused buying

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by Extraordinary rarity and retired source cases, but tempered by uncertainty around demand. Existing case openings can continue adding gloves even though new source cases no longer drop. The main risk is that additional glove supply and changing buyer interest outweigh the scarcity of unopened cases.
