Specialist Gloves | Fade

★ Specialist Gloves | Fade is a CS2 glove skin combining dark blue and purple fabric with bright, multicolored panels. Metallic accents highlight the wrists and fingers, while charcoal-gray palms keep the underside restrained. The look suits players who want colorful gloves with visible fabric texture and stitching. Every exterior grade is available, but there are no StatTrak™ or Souvenir versions.

Description

★ Specialist Gloves | Fade is a CS2 cosmetic finish for Specialist Gloves, combining dark fabric sections with warm-colored accents. Pink, red, orange, and gold panels draw attention to the wrists and backs of the fingers. Blue and purple areas frame those colors rather than giving the entire glove a uniform gradient. Charcoal-gray palms and segmented finger padding create a quieter appearance on the underside. Its woven panels and visible stitching suit players who prefer colorful equipment with practical fabric detail. Professional ownership includes s1mple, NiKo, and Zeus, giving the finish a documented presence among competitive players. Buyers can compare exterior grades and exact float values when choosing a pair for their loadout. Individual listing images also help buyers inspect the colored panels, lettering, and metallic details before purchasing.

History and Origin

★ Specialist Gloves | Fade was released in CS:GO on February 14, 2018, alongside the Clutch Case. Its introduction was part of the "Clutch Case Skins" update. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The Clutch Case provided its original case-opening acquisition route. The gloves are also obtainable from the Revolution Case, providing a separate source of the same finish. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Clutch Case drops. Existing Clutch Cases can still be bought on the market and opened despite that retirement. As of October 9, 2026, the Revolution Case remains in the Weekly Care Package drop pool. Today, buyers can obtain the gloves through either case, the Steam Community Market, or trades with other players.

Finish Style

The Fade finish combines textured fabric, padded sections, and metallic accents rather than relying on color alone. Dark blue and purple cover the glove backs and cuffs, establishing a cool-colored base. The palms and finger pads use charcoal-gray tones, with mostly plain surfaces and segmented padding. Bright pink, red, orange, and gold panels cross the wrists and continue along the backs of the fingers. Large back panels display a fine woven texture, bordered by blue edging and clearly visible stitching. Metallic details appear on the wrist panels, finger strips, and a small gold patch near the thumb. Pale block lettering stretches across the red wrist band, adding a graphic element to the fabric construction. Together, the dark backing and warmer accents give the gloves a colorful but structured appearance that suits coordinated loadouts.

Float Value

The float value range for ★ Specialist Gloves | Fade is 0.06 to 0.80. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Neither StatTrak™ nor Souvenir versions exist; exterior labels describe cosmetic condition rather than a separate tracking or commemorative version.

Rarity and Popularity

The gloves carry the Extraordinary rarity grade. Their chance of appearing from a Clutch Case opening is 0.011%, a figure specific to that case. The finish is obtainable through both the Clutch Case and Revolution Case, so its rarity should not be confused with discontinued availability.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright wrist and finger panels contrast with dark fabric

• Metallic accents add detail beyond the multicolored finish

• Woven texture and visible stitching give the design structure

• Documented ownership by s1mple, NiKo, and Zeus

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Specialist Gloves | Fade is $95.02 to $2,157.38. That range covers the whole item, not a fixed quote for any particular exterior. When comparing listings, check the exterior, exact float value, and visible condition together. Every available exterior belongs to the regular version, with no StatTrak or Souvenir option to distinguish. Compare matching exterior grades before deciding where to buy, sell, or trade, since the overall range cannot describe an individual pair.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Clutch Case or Revolution Case for a chance to obtain this finish. The Clutch Case no longer drops, but existing cases remain available to buy and open. Its chance of yielding these gloves is 0.011%, while the Revolution Case continues to enter through weekly drops.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy ★ Specialist Gloves | Fade directly from a listing on the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a case opening. Compare the listed exterior and inspect the available item details before choosing a pair.

4. Trade with Other Players

The gloves can be acquired through a trade with another player who owns them. Check the exact item, exterior, float value, and visible condition against the agreed exchange before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

New Revolution Cases still enter through weekly drops, providing an ongoing case-opening route for these gloves. Known professional ownership supports recognition, but it does not establish current demand or a reliable resale pace. For practical comparisons, match exterior grades and inspect exact floats rather than treating every available pair as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Extraordinary rarity and low Clutch Case odds

• Documented professional ownership

• Distinctive multicolor finish with metallic accents

• Broad exterior choice for different buyer preferences

The investment rating is medium, reflecting Extraordinary rarity, documented professional ownership, and continued availability through the Revolution Case. The main risk is ongoing case-opening supply alongside uncertain resale demand, so the retired Clutch Case alone does not establish a strong investment case.
