Huntsman Knife | Scorched

★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched is a CS2 knife skin with a mottled, spray-painted blade. Pale beige, silver-gray and charcoal patches contrast with a nearly black handle. The subdued palette suits players building a muted loadout. It comes in Factory New through Battle-Scarred, with standard and StatTrak™ versions.

Description

The ★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched pairs the Huntsman Knife's tactical shape with a restrained Spray-Paint finish in CS2. Its Tanto point and hooked spine notches give the blade a sharply defined outline. Irregular pale and dark patches provide visual texture without covering the weapon in detailed artwork. A nearly black handle keeps the blade's mottled face as the main focal point. This look suits players who prefer neutral colors over a bright, decorative finish. Buyers can choose between standard copies and versions equipped with StatTrak. Exterior and float value help narrow the search to a suitable cosmetic condition. Inspecting individual listings lets buyers assess the blade's appearance rather than choosing from the finish name alone.

History and Origin

★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched was released on May 1, 2014, as part of the Huntsman Weapon Case. The accompanying update was named Huntsman Case Skins. Valve created the skin rather than a community designer. Its flavor text links Phoenix imagery to rebirth and credits Valeria Jenner, Revolutionary. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new drops of the Huntsman Weapon Case. Existing cases remain available to buy on the market and can still be opened. The Steam Community Market provides a direct purchasing route alongside that case-opening option. Player-to-player trades offer another way to acquire an existing copy without relying on a case result.

Finish Style

Scorched uses a Spray-Paint finish that resembles broken sunlight falling across the blade. Pale beige, silver-gray and charcoal form broad patches with soft, uneven edges. The pattern is irregular but simple, leaving the blade's shape easy to distinguish. A darker upper edge contrasts with the painted face and its hooked spine notches. Narrow parallel grooves run along the blade, adding another visible structural detail. The cutting edge catches a bright silver highlight. Fine ridges and deep finger grooves give the nearly black handle its texture. Small metallic fasteners punctuate the otherwise plain handle, keeping the overall palette restrained.

Float Value

★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched has a float value range of 0.06 to 0.80. The available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Standard and StatTrak versions are available, but there is no Souvenir version; version availability is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

The skin carries the Covert rarity grade, with a 0.02% chance of appearing from the Huntsman Weapon Case. That chance concerns case openings, not the availability of copies already offered for sale. Retired case drops limit new case supply, but existing cases and direct listings still provide acquisition routes.

Why it’s Popular:

• Mottled beige and charcoal colors suit muted loadouts

• Dark ridged handle keeps attention on the blade

• Tanto point and hooked spine provide a distinctive outline

• Standard and StatTrak options accommodate different collecting preferences

Price Range

The live ★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched CS2 skin price range is $49.79 to $361.20. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed price for any named exterior or version. Compare listings within the same exterior, then check float value and whether the copy includes StatTrak. Inspect the individual knife and compare current asking prices across marketplaces before deciding which copy to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Huntsman Weapon Case

Open the Huntsman Weapon Case for a 0.02% chance of obtaining this finish. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can be bought on the market and opened; the result remains chance-based.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a direct buying route for ★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched. Check each listing's exterior, float and standard or StatTrak version before purchasing, rather than treating the finish name as a complete description.

4. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player who owns this knife and is willing to exchange it. Confirm the exact finish, exterior, float value and StatTrak status before agreeing to the items involved, then inspect the offered copy's appearance.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired Huntsman Weapon Case drops restrict fresh case supply, although opening existing cases can still add knives to circulation. Standard and StatTrak listings offer different versions to compare by exterior and float when planning to buy, sell or trade. Demand and resale speed remain uncertain, so case retirement alone does not establish a favorable selling price.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case drops restrict fresh case supply

• Covert rarity and a distinctive Huntsman silhouette

• StatTrak availability adds another collecting option

• Neutral colors suit understated loadout themes

The investment rating is medium, balancing retired case drops and available version choices against uncertain demand. Existing cases can still produce new copies, so reduced case supply does not promise rising prices or an easy resale.
