About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Exterior reflects float-based cosmetic condition, not rarity. Royal Legion spans 0.00 to 1.00, so compare both the exterior label and exact float when choosing a copy.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity identifies the skin's tier and relates to its case-opening chance. Royal Legion is Restricted, with a 3.2% chance from the Operation Wildfire Case.

How much does Glock-18 | Royal Legion cost?

Glock-18 | Royal Legion ranges from $1.61 to $106.49. The bounds cover all versions and exteriors, so compare individual listings.

Which case contains Glock-18 | Royal Legion?

The Operation Wildfire Case contains Glock-18 | Royal Legion. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened.

What exteriors and versions are available for Glock-18 | Royal Legion?

Royal Legion comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions are available.

Short Description

The Glock-18 | Royal Legion is a CS2 pistol skin pairing a dark engraved slide with a burnt-orange frame and grip. Its feather-like ornament, scrollwork, and textured grip panels suit players who prefer intricate decoration over a plain finish. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

The Glock-18 | Royal Legion gives the Terrorist-side pistol an ornamental Gunsmith finish built around engraving and contrasting colors. The weapon serves as a first-round option, particularly against opponents without armor, and supports burst fire. A charcoal slide sits above an orange lower frame, separating the decorative detail from the pistol's overall silhouette. The ornament extends beyond the slide to markings on the frame and densely textured grip panels. This makes the finish a natural fit for orange-accented inventories or loadouts centered on intricate decoration. Its full exterior range allows buyers to prioritize cosmetic condition while retaining the underlying orange-and-charcoal design. Buyers can compare exterior, float value, and standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir versions when choosing an individual listing.

History and Origin

Royal Legion arrived on February 17, 2016, alongside the Operation Wildfire Case. Its release formed part of the Operation Wildfire update. Teo created the finish as a Steam Workshop community designer. The skin belongs to The Wildfire Collection, which also supplies its trade-up route. Valve retired the rare case drop pool on December 17, 2025, so the Operation Wildfire Case no longer drops. Existing cases remain available for purchase and opening, separating the retired drop source from the skin's continuing availability. Today, existing copies can also be obtained through marketplace purchases or player trades without relying on a random opening result.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish centers on detailed engraving rather than a uniform color across the pistol. Dense decoration covers the dark charcoal-gray slide, with feather-like shapes woven among scrollwork. Small geometric elements add another layer of detail within the engraved area. Vertical grooves at the rear of the slide contrast with the flowing ornament. The frame, trigger guard, and grip share a burnt-orange tone, with darker shading visible in recessed areas. Fine markings follow the frame, while tightly packed textures fill panels above and along the grip. A pale metallic muzzle face contrasts with the dark gray trigger and magazine base. Together, these details give the pistol a warm lower section and a darker, intricately decorated upper surface.

Float Value

The Glock-18 | Royal Legion has a float value range of 0.00 to 1.00. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior tier is excluded. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions are available; version choice remains separate from the float and cosmetic condition of a specific copy.

Rarity and Popularity

Royal Legion is a Restricted skin in the Operation Wildfire Case. Its case-opening chance is 3.2%, making this particular result uncertain even when opening the correct case. Professional players adreN, NEO, and Ex6TenZ have owned the skin, although their ownership does not establish current trading demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Detailed engraving across the slide, frame, and grip

• Burnt-orange accents paired with a charcoal slide

• Every exterior available for different condition preferences

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions to compare

Price Range

The live Glock-18 | Royal Legion price range runs from $1.61 to $106.49. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version, so individual listings need separate comparison. Exterior and exact float distinguish cosmetic condition, while standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir designations identify the available versions. Before deciding to buy, sell, or trade, compare matching versions and inspect each copy rather than judging its CS2 skin price solely by the overall range.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Wildfire Case

Opening an Operation Wildfire Case offers a chance to receive Royal Legion, and existing cases remain available on the market. The case no longer drops, and the skin's opening chance is 3.2%, so purchasing a case does not secure this finish.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Wildfire Collection produces a Restricted skin from that collection. Royal Legion is a possible result, but the output is random among the collection's Restricted skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Existing Royal Legion copies can be bought on the Steam Community Market without pursuing a random case or contract result. Compare the exterior and version, and check the individual copy's float before selecting an item.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer a route to Royal Legion by exchanging items with another owner. Confirm the offered copy's exterior, float, and version before agreeing, especially when comparing standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir items.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The Operation Wildfire Case no longer receives new drops, although existing cases can still produce additional Royal Legion copies through openings. Professional ownership provides an interest signal, but current sales volume and price history are not established. For a practical trade comparison, match exterior and version first, then assess each copy's float.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case source no longer receives fresh drops

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive engraved charcoal-and-orange finish

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir options

The investment rating is medium, balancing the retired case source and documented professional ownership against uncertain current demand. The main risk is that existing cases can still produce skins, while ownership alone does not demonstrate resale demand or future price growth.
