Driver Gloves | King Snake

The ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake is a CS2 glove skin combining white leather with snakeskin-patterned panels. Its ivory, gray, and beige palette creates a restrained look with detailed texture across the backs and cuffs. The finish suits players who prefer light-colored equipment without bright accents. Available exteriors run from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with no StatTrak™ or Souvenir versions.

Description

The ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake brings a pale leather-and-snakeskin finish to the Driver Gloves in CS2. Ivory white provides the main color, while gray and beige give the patterned sections more definition. The contrast between smooth leather and irregular scales is the design's central feature. Dark seams and small finger perforations add detail without changing the subdued palette. The finish suits players building a light-colored loadout or looking for gloves with texture rather than strong color accents. Its patterned backs and cuffs give buyers specific details to inspect in listing images, beyond the exterior label alone. All available copies use the regular version, so there is no separate counter-equipped or Souvenir option to consider. Before buying or trading, compare the exact float, exterior, and pictured condition rather than treating every King Snake listing as interchangeable.

History and Origin

The ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake was released on February 14, 2018, with the Clutch Case. Its introduction came through the update named "Clutch Case Skins". Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The Revolution Case also provides an acquisition route for the gloves. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, the Clutch Case no longer drops, so no new copies of that case enter through drops. Existing Clutch Cases can still be purchased on the market and opened for their contents. By contrast, the Revolution Case was in the Weekly Care Package drop pool as of October 9, 2026, allowing fresh case supply to enter.

Finish Style

The King Snake finish pairs white leather with snakeskin, giving the gloves a pale base and an intricate surface pattern. Ivory white covers much of the design, while gray and beige appear across the patterned backs and cuffs. The scale texture is dense and irregular, with darker mottled patches interrupting the lighter areas. Smoother white sections cover the fingers, creating a quieter contrast with the busy snakeskin panels. Small perforations add detail to those finger sections without introducing another strong color. Dark seams follow the finger edges and help distinguish the individual sections. Pale trim outlines the cuffs and separates the patterned panels from the fingers. Together, these details create a restrained glove finish whose texture provides more visual variety than its color palette.

Float Value

The float value range for ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake is 0.06 to 0.80. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so buyers can compare condition across the full listed selection. Neither StatTrak nor Souvenir versions exist; those version options are separate from the gloves' cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

The ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake has Extraordinary rarity. Its chance from the Clutch Case is 0.011%, which makes that route an uncertain way to obtain this particular finish. Professional ownership includes kennyS, apEX, and donk, although ownership alone does not establish future market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Pale colors suit restrained, light-colored loadouts

• Snakeskin panels add detail without bright accents

• Smooth fingers contrast with densely patterned backs

• Owned by kennyS, apEX, and donk

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Driver Gloves | King Snake is $89.69 to $2,232.09. These bounds cover the whole item and are not fixed prices for particular exteriors. Cleaner exteriors occupy a higher price bracket than heavily worn examples, making condition an important budget consideration. Compare listings within the same exterior, then check the exact float and pictured finish before judging the asking price. Since there are no StatTrak or Souvenir versions, buyers do not need to separate those variants when comparing available copies.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Clutch Case or Revolution Case for a chance at this finish. The chance from a Clutch Case is 0.011%, so opening one does not ensure this particular result. Existing Clutch Cases can still be bought and opened despite their retired drop status.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy a listed copy on the Steam Community Market to choose an exterior rather than rely on a case outcome. Compare the available listings by condition and asking price before committing to a purchase.

4. Trade with Other Players

Obtain the gloves through a player-to-player trade using an agreed exchange of items. Check the offered pair's exact exterior and float value, then compare its price with similar listings before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Clutch Case supply receives no new drops, but the Revolution Case continues to introduce fresh case supply through weekly rewards. King Snake therefore retains an acquisition route that is not limited to retired cases, which matters when assessing scarcity. Demand and future price direction remain uncertain; compare exterior, float, and asking price before buying, selling, or arranging a trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Distinctive white leather and snakeskin finish

• Ownership by kennyS, apEX, and donk

• Factory New option for condition-focused collectors

• Extraordinary rarity with low Clutch Case odds

The investment rating is medium, supported by Extraordinary rarity, professional ownership, and a price spread that makes exterior selection important. The main risk is ongoing Revolution Case supply, which keeps acquisition open despite the Clutch Case's retirement. Future demand and returns remain uncertain, so the finish should be assessed through individual listings rather than expectations of automatic price growth.
