Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can easily request an invoice on your account at my.eneba.com

1. Go to my.eneba.com
2. Go to Orders
   
   
   
3. Click Details next to the product you'd like an invoice for
   
   
4. Click the Request invoice button under the Receipts and Invoices section
   
   
   Please note, that some sellers are not issuing invoices. You'll see: Does not issue under the Receipts and Invoices section.
   
   
5. Fill out the form (Address, Company Name, VAT, etc.)
   
   

​The seller will deliver the invoice within 30 days. You will be notified via email, as well as will be able to find both the receipt and the invoice on the Details page at my.eneba.com.
