I completed a task, but it doesn’t show as completed. What should I do?

If you’ve completed a task but it’s not showing as completed in the Snakzy app, here are some steps to follow:

Check Launch and Tracking

  • Always launch the game through the Snakzy app and make sure tracking is turned on while you play. Additionally, don't close the game or use other apps while the session is still active, and try not to keep sessions very long (more than one-two hours). 

Double-Check your session

  • Ensure you ended your gaming session properly by tapping “Stop & Claim Rewards” in the Snakzy app. If you don’t stop the session, your progress may not be counted.

Allow some time to pass

  • Sometimes, there can be a short delay before rewards appear in your account. They may take a few hours to be confirmed in the system. 

Still missing rewards?

  • If your coins still haven’t appeared after following the above steps, please contact our customer support team. We’ll investigate the issue and help you get your rewards as soon as possible! Please note that you can make the report straight in the app: tap the task → Report tracking issue option, and our team will review.

When reporting, screenshots of the in-game progress always help speed things up. Always keep in mind that purchases may take a few hours to be registered in the system, and before reaching out to support, make sure that your payment appears as completed.
