Can I get Genshin Impact Crystals for my Playstation account?

Our products for Genshin Impact Crystals are exclusively available for mobile/PC platforms only. Crystals remain platform-specific and can only be used on the platform where they were purchased. However, Primogems are shared across platforms after account linking, thus we recommend to convert your Crystals to Primogems to be able to use it on your Playstation account.

After purchasing Genesis Crystals, access the Wish menu and click on your Primogems balance. From there, you can convert Genesis Crystals into Primogems, which are then available for making wishes.
