The latest entry in the legendary Wolfenstein series was announced at E3 2018. While we haven’t heard a lot ever since the event, just this week, the publisher Bethesda unveiled the game’s release date which is set for July 26th.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood can be called an experimental game in the series since co-op play will be essential to the experience. The game will star two sisters who will be searching for their lost father, a Wolfenstein series icon BJ Blazkowicz.

In order to avoid forcing players to buy two game copies at the time, Bethesda announced a special edition of the game. Players, who will purchase Wolfenstein: Youngblood Deluxe Edition, will be able to invite one friend to play the game with them online, entirely for free.

A special Buddy Pass feature will also allow any of your friends to join the play together as long as you yourself are online. However, if your friend list is short, you’ll be able to use an AI teammate as well.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood will be released for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
