Allmänna villkor för PayPal-kampanj
- These PayPal Campaign Terms and Conditions (hereinafter - “Campaign Terms”) regulate the terms and conditions of ENEBA and PayPal cashback and discount campaign (hereinafter - “the Campaign”).
- All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the ENEBA Terms and Conditions.
- Each User participating in the Campaign confirms that they have read and agree with these Campaign Terms.
- Campaign shall last from 1 December 2022 until 19 December 2022. ENEBA reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the Campaign (or any of its parts) earlier without any notice to the Users.
- Each User participating in the Campaign is eligible to receive 25% of the amount spent (maximum cashback of 5 EUR or the equivalent in local currency) on ENEBA Platform when purchasing digital products with PayPal as payment method for the first time. Cashback earned by the User shall be deposited into Users ENEBA Wallet within 72 hours of the purchase. To be able to receive cashback into their ENEBA Wallet, the User must (i) have a registered ENEBA User Account in accordance with the ENEBA Terms and Conditions and (ii) view the purchased digital product key(s). All earned cashback may only be used for purchases on ENEBA Platform.
- Each User participating in the Campaign is eligible to receive a 5% discount off the total digital product price (up to total price of 125 EUR or equivalent in local currency) on ENEBA Platform when purchasing digital products with PayPal as payment method by using discount code PAYPAL5. Discount applies to digital product price only, service or other Platform and Vendor fees are excluded. Maximum one use of discount code per PayPal account.
- Purchases of physical products on ENEBA Platform are excluded from the Campaign.
- Only Users who have not used PayPal as a payment method when purchasing products on ENEBA Platform are eligible to receive cashback.
- ENEBA reserves the right to change these Campaign Terms at any time without any additional notice to Users.
- Users from Germany and the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
