Is it possible to cancel the order?

All physical purchases are considered final when the order number is generated. Unfortunately, Eneba is not the seller of the item and cannot guarantee that the item has not been shipped and the order will be canceled. When we receive confirmation that the seller will not send the goods, we will be able to cancel the order and inform the buyer about the refund. An alternative solution would be to resell the product on our platform!
