IMPORTANT: To successfully purchase a top-up, players need to register their Supercell ID and connect it to their game account in the game’s settings. 

 

How to register for Supercell ID: 

1. Open your game’s settings;
2. Choose the ‘Supercell ID’ option;
3. Provide the needed details and continue with the following steps of registration.

 

How to connect your Supercell ID to the game account:

1. Open the game;
2. Go to “Settings”;
3. If under “Supercell ID” it says “Connected”, the account is bound to the Supercell ID;
4. To connect the same Supercell ID in another Supercell game, simply "Log in" with your Supercell ID email address in the other game.

 

Note: To play multiple accounts in one Supercell game, you need to create a Supercell ID with a unique email for each game account.

 

To find your Game User ID:

1. Tap the “Friend List” icon on the bottom right of the screen;
2. Tap the “Book” icon on the left side of the list;
3. In the Friend Book, you will find your own Player Tag shown under the search bar.

 

How to recharge Hay Day:

1. Enter your Player Tag;
2. Select the payment method;
3. Upon successful payment, your purchase will be sent to your game account directly.
