Auto Renew Terms and Conditions
 

  1. General provisions
     

    By opting to use the "Auto Renew" feature (hereinafter referred to as "Auto Renew" or "the Feature") provided by ENEBA, you agree to be bound by these Auto Renew Terms and Conditions (“Auto Renew T&Cs”). These Auto Renew T&Cs are supplementary to ENEBA's Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply in full. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and ENEBA's Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Auto Renew T&Cs shall prevail. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in ENEBA Terms and Conditions.
     

  2. What is Auto Renew

    Auto Renew is a feature on the Platform that allows a User to secure a price for a specific Product available on the Platform. Auto Renew is available for select Products, as displayed on the Platform.
    Auto Renew on a specific Product shall display: i) the price of the Auto Renew purchase, and ii) billing frequency of Auto Renew purchases. Users that make an Auto Renew purchase shall be guaranteed that all following Auto Renew purchases shall cost the indicated Auto Renew price.
    Products sold via Auto Renew are sold by the Vendors of the Platform in accordance with the ENEBA Terms and Conditions each particular Vendor’s Terms and Conditions as indicated in transactional messages. ENEBA is not the seller of the Product. 
     
  3. Payment and Refunds
     

    Users shall be billed for their Auto Renew purchases in accordance with the billing frequency indicated when making the initial Auto Renew purchase. Each billing cycle User shall be charged the Auto Renew price and applicable service fee. You will receive the purchased Product immediately after the billing. If the payment is unsuccessful after three attempts (we will attempt to charge you every 24 hours), your Auto Renew shall be canceled.

    Users can request their Auto Renew purchase to be refunded in the following cases:

    • Product code has not been viewed by the User, and the refund request has been submitted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the purchase date;
    • Product code is defective (invalid).

    Users have the right to request the refund in accordance with ENEBA Terms and Conditions by contacting ENEBA customer support.
     

  4. How to cancel
     

    You can cancel your Auto Renew purchase(s) at any time by visiting the “Auto Renew” dashboard in your account page or by clicking on the cancellation link available in the Auto Renew purchase confirmation email.
     

  5. Limitations
     

    Auto Renew is only available to select Products as displayed on the Platform. ENEBA reserves the right to change the list of Products that have Auto Renew enabled at any time, without prior notice to the Users.

    ENEBA also reserves the right to cancel any active Auto Renew purchases at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to cases of unsuccessful payment. Users shall be notified of such cancellation(s) via email.
     

  6. Changes to Auto Renew
     

    ENEBA reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the Auto Renew feature and these Auto Renew T&Cs at any time. All changes to the Auto Renew T&Cs shall come into effect after being made publicly available on the Platform.
