General

1. When you claim or open a Mystery Gift, you agree with these Mystery Gift Terms and Conditions (“Mystery Gift Terms”).

2. ENEBA Terms and Conditions apply to the claiming or opening of Mystery Gifts, including, but not limited to creating an ENEBA Account and/or making purchases on the Platform. Any capitalized definitions not described in these Mystery Gift Terms shall have the meaning set in ENEBA Terms and Conditions.

How to qualify for a Mystery Gift

3. To qualify for an Eneba Giftcard Mystery gift, you must have a total of at least two products in your cart and reach a minimum cart size indicated in the current Mystery Gift campaign applicable in your country.

4. You may qualify for one Mystery Gift per purchase.

5. You must complete all of the requirements stated in these Mystery Gift Terms to qualify for a Mystery Gift.

How to open and redeem Mystery Gifts

6. You may open and redeem the Mystery Gift after redeeming all of the Products that you have purchased.

7. ENEBA reserves the right to change the content of Mystery Gifts at any time without any prior notice to the Users. You may view the potential content of each Mystery Gift before completing the purchase.

Discounts and Cashback

8. You may use a Discount code or Cashback for the purchase, but the price of the order must reach the minimum cart size after calculating discount granted by the Discount code or Cashback.

Other limitations

9. Mystery Gifts and their content are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products. If a code granted by the Mystery Gift does not work, you may contact ENEBA customer support following the procedure set out in ENEBA Terms and Conditions.

Final provisions

10. These Mystery Gift Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. ENEBA makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with any Mystery Gift promotion.

12. ENEBA reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Mystery Gift promotion at any time, without providing any reason or explanation.

13. ENEBA reserves the right to change these Mystery Gift Terms from time to time at our discretion. Any changes or updates to these Mystery Gift Terms shall be published on the Platform.
