Can I cancel my order?

Bear in mind that an order can only be canceled if it is not displayed yet (viewed through our system). Displayed orders are treated as completed, and there is no way to cancel them.  If you wish to cancel your order, you can ask for a refund at any moment up until you display your key. Due to the nature of our digital products, we are only able to process a refund of a valid key if you have not accessed the product yet! 

To request a refund, you simply need to follow these steps:

1. Hit Redeem key on order from the My Library section in your account

 

2. Select Request a refund, and do not display the key

 

3. Fill out the refund request and confirm

4. Your refund will be issued almost instantly
