Why am I not getting any sales from campaigns?
Our campaign algorithms are continuously optimized to identify and promote the most effective campaigns, with the goal of maximizing overall sales. For highly popular products, it’s not uncommon to have multiple campaigns—sometimes even a dozen—running simultaneously.
However, campaigns are not displayed at equal frequency. Their visibility depends on performance metrics, particularly how users engage with promoted listings. Campaigns with strong performance and higher bid budgets are prioritized and tend to run longer. Conversely, campaigns that generate less interest are shown less frequently.
To improve your campaign performance, we recommend experimenting with different pricing strategies and monitoring how they impact your sales volume.
