Can my auction be turned on after I do not deliver pre-order keys?

If a pre-order is not delivered without prior notice or if there is no response to our inquiries regarding its status, the related auction will be suspended. The suspension period will depend on whether and when you informed us about the delivery issue—this may range from the official release date up to one day or even three days after release.
