Maya eWallet

Before redeeming a gift card, make sure you have the Maya app downloaded on your phone. You can download the app on Google Play, in case of Android, or on Apple Store, in case of Apple.

 

1. Log in to your account in the app. If you do not have an account, you must proceed to sign up and complete the setup process, to have one.
2. On the home screen, tap on the “More” or “Menu” button (usually represented by three horizontal lines or dots). Select the “Gift Cards” or “Redeem” option. 
3. Enter the Gift Card code you purchased: You will be prompted to enter the gift card code. Type in the code exactly as it appears on the card. 
4. Tap on “Redeem” or “Submit” to process the gift card. The app will validate the code and, if valid, add the corresponding amount to your Maya wallet.
5. Once redeemed, check your wallet balance on the app’s home screen to ensure the amount has been added. 
6. You can now use the funds in your Maya wallet for various transactions such as online purchases, bill payments, or transferring money.
