What should I do if my transaction has failed?

If you experienced errors during the payment process, the purchase failed, and you didn't receive the product, but your money shows as reserved or that you paid for the product, please note that our system will automatically refund the reserved transaction after some time. This occurs because our system failed to provide you with the product or complete the purchase process successfully.

Please be patient and allow some time for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, the duration may vary and can take a few business days. The reserved funds should become available again in your account during this period.

Here is a list of reasons why your payment didn’t work:

 

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect payment information

  • Issues with the payment method

  • VPN, AdBlock might affect the payment

  • Authorization issues from the payment method

  • Inactive card
