The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed

Please contact Steam support from the account you tried to redeem the code first:

  • Open this link.

  • Scroll all the way down and click Contact Steam Support.

  • Write them a message where you explain that you bought the key that is showing as already activated.

  • Provide them the key in the text (this is important as the key must be visible in the screenshot).

  • Ask for the exact time and date of when the key was activated.

Please send a full-screen screenshot (from the desktop Steam application, not the browser) of the response you’ll receive from them.
