Bitjem Gift Card Activation

Step 1: Log In or Create an Account

Visit www.bitjem.com to get started.

Creating Your Account

If you're new to BitJem, you'll need to create an account before redeeming your
gift card. In the upper-right corner of the screen, you'll see two buttons:

• Get Started — for new users. Click here if you don't have a BitJem account yet.
• Log In — for existing users. Click here if you already have an account and just need to sign in.

To create an account, click Get Started and provide the following:

• First and last name
• Email address
• A password of your choice

Completing Your Profile

After logging in, you'll be prompted to enter a few additional details to
complete phone verification:

• Date of birth
• Country phone code
• Phone number

Once your phone number is verified, we recommend setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security. Go to Account Settings in the upper-right corner of your dashboard, click Enable Two-Factor Authentication, and follow the steps in the pop-up window to activate it.

Once completed, you're ready to start the redemption process.

Step 2: Redeem Your BitJem Gift Card

From your dashboard, go to Wallet or click Redeem — both will take you to the
redemption option.

1. Click Redeem BitJem Card.
2. Enter your Code and PIN number in the designated fields, then click Next.
3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to redeem, then click Redeem.

Step 3: Complete the Verification Process

If you've already completed verification, skip to Step 4.

If you still need to complete it, a window will appear after your redemption — click Complete Account Creation to proceed. If you close this window, don't worry — you'll see a banner at the top of your dashboard that reads:

"You have started the Account Verification process. Please complete it to unlock redemptions and withdrawals."

Click Continue on the banner at any time to resume verification.

Important: Your gift card funds will not reflect in your wallet until verification is
complete. Once you're successfully verified, your funds will be credited to your
account.

ID verification requirements depend on your location:

• U.S. and Western Europe: No additional verification is required beyond
  account creation for redemptions up to $2,000. Once you redeem $2,000
  or more in crypto, you must complete ID verification.
• All other regions: ID verification is required immediately upon redemption.

Note: If a VPN or proxy is detected on your connection, additional verification
will be required regardless of location, including a liveness check and a valid
government-issued ID.

Government ID and liveness check — triggered at $2,000+ in redeemed crypto
for U.S. and Western Europe users, and immediately for all other users. You'll
need to upload a picture of a valid government ID and complete a liveness
check. You may be asked to provide:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number (from your country)
• SSN (U.S. users only) or other identification
• Personal address (street, city, province, postal code)
• Picture of a government-issued ID (passport or national ID)

Once verified, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Access Your Cryptocurrency

Once verification is complete, your funds are ready. You can access your cryptocurrency from your BitJem wallet — either directly on the main dashboard or through the Wallet section in the menu
