Why wasn’t the discount applied to my purchase?
Subscribers can buy 10 items using their discount, so check how many items you have left. To check your limit balance, follow these instructions:
- Log into your Eneba account;
- Access your dashboard by clicking on your email address in the upper right corner;
- Select “My Profile”;
- Choose “Subscription” sub-section from the drop-down menu.
Keep in mind that certain items are not eligible for the subscriber discount. Items that are not eligible for the 10% discount are:
- Eneba Gift Cards
- Items already on sale (items featured in sales or any other marketing campaign)
- Non-gaming subscriptions and products like Spotify subscriptions
