Can I change or delete my phone number?

You can request your phone number to be deleted from your old account only if you want to add it to a new one. To do so, please create a ticket with our support and make sure to submit this information in the ticket:

• The personal details of the account you want the number removed from (full name, physical address, zip code, city, and country);
• The error message you see when trying to add it;
• The phone number you're trying to transfer;
• The email of the account you want the number removed from;
• The email of the account you want the number added to.

If you cannot recall account information, share the other details and a screenshot from your bank of one recent purchase made with that old account.
