How do I issue an invoice to you?

Please note that Eneba is not the purchaser of your products. Therefore, if you're required to issue invoices, they must be addressed to the end users—the actual buyers of your products.

As outlined in Sections 7.20–7.22 of the Eneba Terms & Conditions, it is the vendor’s responsibility to issue invoices (where applicable) for B2C transactions conducted via Eneba.com. Eneba, in turn, is responsible for invoicing vendors for any B2B services it provides.

If you only need documentation for the transactions that contributed to your payouts, you can download this information from your Vendor Transactions Dashboard:
