My campaigns are stuck on "Gathering data", why is that?

Campaigns marked as "Gathering Data" hold this status because the associated auctions are not generating regular (organic) sales. Our algorithms factor both organic and campaign-driven activity into visibility calculations. For a campaign to gain traction, there needs to be a healthy balance between normal sales and those driven by promotions.
