How to Start Selling Pre-Orders

You can begin selling pre-orders the same way you list regular products:

1. Go to the ‘Sell Item’ tab:
   👉 https://my.eneba.com/sell-product

2. Search for the product—pre-order items will be marked with “PREORDER” next to their name.

3. If the product isn't listed, you can request it just as you would for a regular product.

Managing Pre-Orders

Once your pre-order listing is active, customers will be able to pre-purchase the product from you. Pre-order keys are released to customers on the product’s official release date, so you must upload your keys by or before that date.

⚠️ If you encounter any delivery issues, please inform us in advance.
Failure to deliver keys on time without prior notice or communication will result in permanent suspension of your ability to sell that product.
