• You can claim Cashback for up to three products per day. 
• There may be limits on the amount of Cashback you can claim for a single purchase, as indicated during checkout.
• Cashback will not be available when using Eneba wallet payments to cover the full or partial sum of the purchase. 
• Cashback will not be received after purchase if a discount code is used.

Claimed Cashback can be used to purchase products on the Eneba platform. It cannot be transferred or used outside of the platform, and like other wallet funds, it cannot be transferred between accounts.

Cashback is not money and does not earn interest. It simply grants you the right to redeem it for a discount on a purchase on the Eneba platform.

Any claimed Cashback expires 12 months from the date of claiming. You can view your claimed Cashback and expiration dates in your Eneba account profile.

The cashback discount cannot reduce the purchase price below zero. You must pay the rest of the order price using other available payment methods.

• For example, if an item’s price is 5 EUR, and you apply 2 EUR cashback funds, you need to cover the remaining 3 EUR with available payment methods.
• If an item’s price is 1,5 EUR and you apply 2 EUR cashback funds, the Cashback will cover 1,5 EUR, and the remaining 0.50 EUR Cashback funds will remain in your wallet.
