What payment method should I select to use my Cashback funds?

Cashback is collected in your Eneba account, and can be found in your Eneba wallet. Therefore, there are two payment options: Eneba wallet and Combined payment.

• Combined payment - this is the best option to use cashback, as the main amount is paid by a bank transfer, PayPal, etc., so Eneba wallet can cover the rest of the price, using Cashback funds.

When purchasing, don’t forget to toggle the “Use Eneba wallet balance” option, to activate your Cashback funds.

• Eneba wallet - knowing that Cashback can only cover 30% of the price, to use Eneba wallet, you would also need to have some gift card or other Eneba wallet funds, so that it would cover the main portion of the order price.
