When will I received my withdrawal / Why does my withdrawal shows as completed, I haven't received my payment yet?

Our payouts are processed through Hyperwallet. Once the payment is initiated, Hyperwallet marks the status as “Completed.”

The actual time for the funds to reach your account depends on the withdrawal method:

• SEPA transfers may take up to 3 business days

• Worldwide wire transfers may take up to 5 business days
