Why didn’t I receive my welcome bonus?

The Snakzy welcome bonus gives new users up to 10,000 coins (equivalent to up to $10) directly in their wallet. However:

• The bonus can’t be withdrawn immediately, it’s meant to help you get started.
• It is paid out across your first qualifying activity in the app and not just for signing up.

If yours hasn't landed yet, here are the most common reasons:

• You haven't played yet: The bonus is triggered by activity, so install an offer and play a bit before checking again.
• One bonus per user: The welcome bonus is given once, to a single account. If you've used Snakzy before on a different account or device, you won't qualify again.
• Account too old: The bonus only applies to new accounts created after the offer launched.
