Why can't I request an invoice for my purchase? (seller doesn't provide invoices)
Our platform’s position is clear: Eneba.com is not a B2B marketplace. It is designed exclusively for end users—natural persons purchasing gaming-related content for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Invoicing obligations vary by jurisdiction and are governed by the laws of each vendor’s country of origin. As a result:

Some vendors may be legally required to issue invoices for every transaction.

Others may only need to provide invoices upon request.

In some cases, vendors may have no invoicing obligations at all.
For this reason, Eneba cannot enforce a universal invoicing requirement, as it must align with the vendor’s local legal framework.
