Was the package delivered by the courier?

Once the package is delivered, the buyer has to confirm the goods received. If they do not, the status will change automatically 48 hours after the package was picked up. The money will reach your account right after the delivery is confirmed by the buyer or the status is changed automatically.

You can check the delivery statuses of your sales in your "Orders" page.

Did you dispatch the parcel within 5 business days?

In case you failed to dispatch the parcel within 5 business days after receiving confirmation of the transaction, the sale is automatically canceled and the money is returned to the buyer. If you send the package after the 5-day period, please contact our support for further instructions on how to retrieve the item.
