Account verification process
Did you complete the basic verification of your account properly?
You can always check the missing details for account verification under your profile. It will show you if it’s fully completed and what steps you’re still missing. Note that all check marks should be green.
Were you requested to complete a KYC verification?
On some occasions, we or our partners at Hyperwallet might require some additional verification in order to unlock certain features on your account. If that is the case, you will clearly see a request to provide some documentation to our team. If you have already provided it, do note that this process might take some time.
