I have received Cashback, why is it not in my Eneba wallet?

Once you make a purchase of a product that offers Cashback, the funds are not automatically transferred to your Eneba account’s wallet.

 

To claim your Cashback reward, simply open the orders page in your Eneba account and click on your order details - you will find the “Claim” button below, as seen in the image. Right after clicking it, the shown amount will be added to your Eneba wallet!
