I selected the wrong reward from the Shop, can I change it?

Once a reward is confirmed in the Shop, it can't be swapped or refunded. Gift cards, PayPal top-ups, and Eneba products are processed almost immediately on our side.

If you noticed the mistake right after redeeming, please do not open the item and contact us as quickly as possible with your account email and the reward details. We can't promise a reversal, but we'll take a look and let you know if there's anything we can do.
