Responsibilities

• Analyzing competitors, target audience, and trends 
• Engaging relevant brands and influencers
• Creating performance-driven content for Eneba’s SM sponsored ads 
• Creating tasks for the visual team
• Writing captivating copies
• Test, fail, measure, test, succeed, repeat.

Job requirements 

• 1-2 years agency experience or experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English & Lithuanian
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
• Proven ability in building social media community
• Understanding of graphic design principles
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns
• Skills in leadership, multitasking & time-management
• Limitless creativity
