As the Email Marketing Manager in the video gaming niche, you will be responsible for the overall strategies of the Eneba email program, focusing on customer acquisition, monetization, and retention initiatives – this includes conception, production, testing, deployment, and reporting. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and other teams to coordinate the execution of newsletters and other B2C and C2C content-driven emails. This position will play an integral role in increasing email performance as well as elevating our digital brand’s experience to the next level. Interested? Responsibilities

• Managing the email marketing campaigns to build loyalty, drive sales, and increase customers lifetime value
• Owning the email calendar, reporting, AB testing strategies, and content creation processes from start to finish
• Collaborating with the marketing and other teams to curate content and assets for newsletters and relevant marketing announcements
• Testing and deploying campaigns at a high level of accuracy
• Generating ideas and implementing data-based changes
• Executing OKRs and delivering on quarter KPIs

Job requirements

• 3+ years email marketing experience
• B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
• High computer literacy and advanced knowledge of HTML
• Deep understanding of analytics with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions
• Proactivity with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in an internal project management tool a plus (JIRA, Basecamp, Asana)
• Excellent command of written and verbal English/Lithuanian
• In-depth understanding of the video games industry
• Ability to develop original content ideas that provoke engagement
• High motivation for attaining and sharing new knowledge
• A team-oriented mindset (Camaraderie)
