Last week, World of Warcraft fans gathered around their computers to watch the latest World of Warcraft: Shadowlands developer update hoping it will shed some light on the status of their favorite game. Some expected to get a release date but instead, Blizzard gave a launch window which is set for fall 2020. Not ideal…

This means that World of Warcraft: Shadowlands can (and will be) released sometime between September 1st and November 30th. In addition, the game’s alpha stage is wrapping up this week, and the first wave of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands beta invites will be sent out next week. According to Blizzard, the game’s core systems are now ready to be tinkered with in order to balance out certain aspects of the new WoW expansion.

There are many new additions to the game including covenants, end-game zone called The Maw, class changes, PvP balance, mission table upgrades, and so on. The beta test will help developers to flush out their ideas and respond quickly to the most pressing issues popping up. However, you shouldn’t expect any major changes during the beta. You can learn more about all of this by watching the full World of Warcraft: Shadowlands developer update.

If you wish to enter World of Warcraft: Shadowlands beta yourself, you must set up your beta preferences in your Blizzard account. However, you can boost your chances further by pre-ordering World of Warcraft: Shadowlands.  As always we have a great price for each edition of the game.
