We knew it! And now it’s official – Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to PC on November 5th. After months of speculation, Rockstar Games finally confirmed that their massive open-world Western game will make its way to PC. Furthermore, it’s coming to all major digital game stores without any annoying exclusive deals.

According to the news, players will be able to pre-order the game via the Rockstar Games Launcher starting October 9th, while other store’s pre-orders should kick off on October 23rd. However, one store is lagging behind. Rockstar Games also confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 won’t have pre-orders on Steam. The game will make its way to Valve’s platform sometime in December.

It’s also worth mentioning that Red Dead Redemption 2’s PC version will feature some changes. Here’s what Rockstar Games had to say about it:

“The first game in the Red Dead Redemption series to be featured on the PC platform, Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC features a range of graphical and technical enhancements for increased immersion along with new Bounty Hunting Missions, Gang Hideouts, Weapons and more.”

An additional noteworthy bit of information is that Red Dead Redemption 2 will also launch on Google Stadia alongside other games scheduled for Google’s gaming platform’s debut. You can read all about it in the official post by Rockstar Games.
