With BlizzCon being right around the corner, we hope a lot from Blizzard. We’ve also written a whole list of things you can expect from BlizzCon 2019, and some of them are already presenting themselves to be true. One thing, in particular, has just been seemingly leaked by an advert in the German magazine Game Star.

In this hardcover magazine that is going to be released on October 23rd, there’s an advert about the upcoming book The Art of Diablo. This advert presents the artbook with ”more than 500 artworks from Diablo 1, Diablo 2, Diablo 3, and Diablo 4.” If you’d look on Amazon, the coffee book is partially written by senior Blizzard writer, Robert Brooks.

According to many publications, Diablo 4 has been in the works since 2016, and there were many speculations about the official announcement happening on BlizzCon 2018, unfortunately, it didn’t. This year, however, with all the controversy surrounding Blizzard, it looks like Diablo 4 release would definitely serve as a strong beacon of hope – if the leaked sources are right (check the twitter posts below), we’re definitely looking forward to the news!

On the other hand, it might be a simple mistake in the advert’s copy. Mistakes and typos do happen, and while there’s no official confirmation, the only thing we can do is keep our fingers crossed, wait for the upcoming BlizzCon 2019, and maybe go through Diablo 3 one more time.
